As a lifelong photographer, Rick Oldano has focused his attention for the last twelve years on the digital imaging world. In that time, he has evaluated and reviewed digital cameras, scanners, and printers, and consulted with digital imaging manufacturers on product features and applications.

Rick’s extensive skills in digital imaging were first developed when he was Project Leader for MPG Labs, where he provided the digital imaging focus for MacUser and MacWeek magazines. There he tested digital cameras, scanners, and printers as they all applied to consumer and professional photography, design and graphics, desktop publishing, and pre-press markets.

With more than twenty years experience as a professional photographer, Rick is proficient in both digital and film technologies.
